Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Electrical components that have been opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Contact us at our contact page or email [email protected] with your order number
  2. Receive your RMA number - we'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return label
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship it back using the provided return label
  5. Get your refund - once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll help you get the right product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away at no additional cost.

Warranty Claims

Many parts we sell come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details and we'll help coordinate with the manufacturer.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
